What teachers love about DVMTA Student Events:
"My students have really benefited from the performance opportunities interspersed throughout the year - performing at Superstition Springs Mall, playing their original compositions from an audience, participating in a duet piano concert, auditioning at a piano competition, and being evaluated at the end of each school year. These opportunities give purpose to their practicing!"
"My students have the ability to participate in events that promote self-confidence and growth. There are various award opportunities, and they get to interact with peers who share similar interests and goals."
"There are many opportunities to perform, they have the chance to compose and be creative, they can play in ensembles, and compete for scholarships. They have enhanced teaching and feedback from other teachers and experts, and they meet new friends who are musicians."
