DVMTA's annual piano competition is an exciting event where students perform and are judged by expert adjudicators. The auditions this year were on Saturday, April 5, 2025 and the winners performed at one of the two Winners Recitals on Saturday, April 19, 2025. Both events were at Hammer & Strings Conservatory in Gilbert. 58 students from 11 DVMTA teachers auditioned, and winners and honorable mention award prizes were given. These students worked so hard and we are so happy for all they accomplished, and for the growth each one had. Thank you to the judges, and to those who volunteered their time, especially the Awards in Excellence committee, Carolyn Eldredge and Hong Zhu.
