Event chairmen who put contact information on registration forms need to be aware that the information is publicly available. Links to registration forms are under the Events tab and can be accessed without a password. A link to the most recent member newsletter is also on the web page, so any contact information given for registration can be accessed without a password. New members will be mentioned by name in the newsletter, but all contact information will be held in the secure database.
